An industrial facility located in Charlotte is looking for a Technical Services/Quality Manager:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• New process development and improvement of established processes
• Support and lead Lean Manufacturing objectives
• Establishment and maintenance of quality systems
• Assist Business Unit Regional Manager in the implementation of business plans and objectives
• Assist and support selling and customer service processes
• Lead efforts to reduce non-conformances and resolution of customer complaints
• Leadership and supervision of Quality Department personnel

Qualified applicants must possess the following: 

• Bachelors degree in Material Sciences or related field
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles
• Problem solving and statistical analysis skills
• Experience in the management of automotive and aerospace quality systems 
• Experience in ferrous heat treating
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
