20+ years of recruiting experience starting in 1984 with contract engineering and evolving into direct placement around 1994. I believe strongly in educating all the employees at QCI and I have an MBA as well as two industry certifications, CPC and CTS. I am CLIENT driven as opposed to specialty driven, finding strong clients and then giving them "my all" to find the talent they desire. I am also available to assist them in training their employees so that when they interview they select the best qualified individual.
